Leicester Respiratory BRU PhD Student, Jamie McCarthy attended the Seventh NIHR Infrastructure Doctoral Research Training Camp on 6-8 July 2016 at Ashridge Business School, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.
This is an annual event attended by PhD students from NIHR funded research institutes.
The attendees were split into various groups and set the task of producing a grant application and presentation for a fictitious funding scheme.
We are proud to announce that Jamie was part of the winning team, being presented with the award for best overall grant application. Congratulations Jamie!
