Our Public and Patient Involvement Strategy

The Respiratory BRU is committed to doing research that changes healthcare and self-care for the better.

We are delighted to be able to share with you the Leicester-Loughborough BRUs (and proposed Leicester BRC) PPIE strategy, this represents the culmination of nearly 4 years of joint working between the three Biomedical Research Units in Leicester - Loughborough (Cardiovascular, Respiratory and Lifestyle).  We have sought to reflect the joint learning that has occurred across the respective units and our shared aspirations and strategy for continuing to be at the forefront of innovative PPIE for the population of Leicester, the East Midlands and wider.
